Are you open to the General Public?
Yes we are open to the general public.
If you have any kind of waste such as demolition waste, construction waste, metals, timbers, concrete or bricks, pavers, plasterboard, soil, green waste and garden clippings, tree stumps, tyres, then we can assist you. We accept all these materials. We can also take non-recyclables such as carpet, insulation, MDF and treated timber but we charge a higher rate because its not recyclable.
How can i get a quote?
You have two options.
The first is to click on "Contact" in the main menu and message us your request and the type of waste material you have. We will then respond with a quote.
The second way is you can visit our pricing page and search the material. The price will give you an estimate based on tonnes. You can find the pricing page here
Can you drop off cardboard for free at Recycle Assist?
We no longer accept public drop-off of cardboard at Recycle Assist. This is because we are a small facility and trucks come in and out all day long and its not safe for the general public to unload whilst trucks are reversing nearby.

Do you offer waste collection services?
We are here to serve you as best we can, that means we can support you with any request you may have. Although we dont currently offer a pick up service, we can help you by pointing you in the right direction. If you require a collection and disposal of some waste materials we will do our best to support you. Please call us on 9030 5999 to discuss your options.
What sized trucks do you accept on your site?
We accept all trucks up to Truck & Dogs, and semi's
Do you assist in unloading?
Yes we are happy to accommodate in whatever way that helps you. We will have staff onsite whom will be happy to assist you in unloading your trailer or truck (if its not a tipper!), and if they are available and its safe to do so.
How do you manage to reach such high recycle rates?
Firstly, we set the vision and values to achieve high recycling rates from the very beginning. In laying this foundation, we have built next gen technology and processes that allow us to run the business smoothly and efficiently.
We have also searched far and wide to partner with outlets that will take our separated and recycled materials, rather than send the waste to landfill.

We are located at 25 Bromley Rd, Emu Heights.
It takes just 3 minutes to drive here from the turn off at Russell st from the M4
Can i tip metal for free?
Yes of course! If your load contains only metal, and no other waste material you can tip it for free.
I would like to tip regularly at your facility. Can i set up an account?
At this stage we only accept COD. We will let you know as soon as that changes.
Do i need to remove my tarp before entering the weighbridge?
Yes please. Its important for us to do a quick assessment of the waste material you have once you are on the weighbridge. This will help you get in and out of the facility faster.
What rules do you have for entering the site?
As a Recycle Facility we have heavy machinery and trucks tipping and moving around the site. Its very important that we maintain a safe site for our employees and customers.
As you enter the facility there are safety signs that display all the required PPE and rules. The rules include wearing safety boots, high viz and a helmet, ensuring children stay in vehicles at all times, watch out for heavy machinery, plus many more.
I hate getting flat tyres when i enter recycle facilities. What are you doing to avoid that happening?
We know how frustrating it is when you drive into a recycle facility only to leave with a flat tyre. We can personally guarantee that will not happen to you. We maintain a meticulously clean and functional site at all times. You could almost eat your dinner off the concrete!
